In consideration of labor cost, working efficiency and company’s future development, general manager Lu plans to invest 10 million RMB to help company’s transformation and upgrading. In 2013, 5 million RMB was invested on motor equipment and lab. Benefited from the company’s upgrading and transformation, the number of motor workshop employee reduced 30%, the working efficiency increased. In addition, the new lab was equipped with new testing equipment. We can fully believe that company will have a better development in 2014.
