Our company organized management training meeting on December. The meeting lasted for two days. Lecturer Chen gave lessons to company’s middle management. The purpose of the training is to improve the working efficiency, product quality, production safety and orderliness. From 2012, company carried out the lean manufacturing 6S system. The result is positive. Our company continuously trains our middle management in order to improve their management skills and studying skills. Our management team became stronger. We fully believe that our strong team will be one of our competitive advantages in the global market.
